The Council is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Mayor.
This position is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing a variety of administrative tasks.

Essential: Previous experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role and high-level administration skills and the capacity to maintain high attention to detail.
Salary and conditions: Part – time position. Central Coast Council’s Enterprise Agreement – Administration/Clerical Level $72,261 – $76,238.
