Southeast Community Links (SECL), with support from Cardinia Shire Council is hosting a Bring Your Bills Day event designed to provide valuable assistance and advice on managing household bills.
Bring Your Bills Day takes place on Tuesday, 24 September, from 11 am until 3 pm at the Pakenham Library on the corner of John and Henry Street, Pakenham. No bookings are required. Residents can attend at their convenience. Lunch is provided for attendees.
Whether it's electricity, gas, water bills, or navigating tenancy and consumer rights, experts will be on hand to offer guidance and support. Attendees can discuss various services, including consultations on fines, housing, utility relief grants, concessions, and more.
Southeast Community Links will have dedicated financial counsellors available to provide free and confidential advice, ensuring that individuals can access the financial support they need in a welcoming and supportive environment.
To support Cardinia's diverse community, bi-lingual staff and interpreters will be available on the day to assist attendees, Children’s activities will be available to support families to attend.
Council encourages community members to take advantage of this opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations with experts about managing household finances.
