Activities to bust the boredom during September school holidays
Redland City Council 11 Sep 2024

There will be no excuses for boredom during the September school holidays, with Redland City Council venues hosting a wide range of activities to suit all ages and interests.

Mayor Jos Mitchell said Council teams had organised an exciting program of events for the two-week period from 14 to 29 September 2024.

“There really is something for everyone, with concerts, clowning and art workshops through to craft, teen boardgames and gaming, circus workshops and outdoor activities,” the Mayor said.

“In great news for local families, many of the events at Council venues are free.

“However, most require bookings so it’s important to get in early to ensure you don’t miss out.

“This is also the perfect time of year to be outdoors exploring our parks and playgrounds and our fantastic conservation and foreshore areas.”

Council programs will be held at Redland Performing Arts Centre, Redland City Libraries, Redlands IndigiScapes Centre and Redland Art Gallery, Cleveland.
