The role:

As our Executive Support Officer, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Office of the CEO and inter-departmentally to our Customer & Community Services team.

What we are looking for:

You will have demonstrated experience in a similar role in a large organisation You will be able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times You will have sound verbal, written and digital literacy with the ability to communicate professionally in a range of situations You will have accurate keyboard skills and be competent in the use of technology including the Microsoft Office suite of programs

*In accordance with section 92 of the Queensland Industrial Relations Act 2016 the successful applicant will be employed as a replacement employee for the term of the incumbent employee’s maternity leave.  Although leave may be approved for a period of 12 months, it is important to note that the employee has the right to request to return to work earlier or later than initially approved.  When the incumbent advises us of her intention to return to work, we will provide a minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice of completion of this temporary placement.
