Safety First as Bold Park Aquatic Staff Undergo Lifeguard Training

Published on 13 September 2024

Royal Lifesaving WA provided a critical lifesaving requalification session for Bold Park Aquatic Centre (BPA) staff and lifeguards on 13 September.

The training ensured the team is equipped with the latest lifesaving techniques and safety protocols, reinforcing the centre’s commitment to safety for all patrons.

BPA Centre Manager Tamara Sanders stressed the importance of regular requalification.

“Upskilling our lifeguards is essential. Lifesaving techniques evolve, and it’s vital our team stays trained in the latest methods to ensure patron safety,” she said.

With summer approaching, the session strengthens BPA’s commitment to maintaining a safe environment for all centre users.
