Proposed ‘no right turn’ restriction in Gollan Avenue at Pennant Hills Road, Oatlands

City of Parramatta is proposing to install a ‘No Right Turn’ restriction in Gollan Avenue at Pennant Hills Road, Oatlands. The purpose of this restriction is to improve traffic flow in Gollan Avenue by preventing delays to left turning traffic caused by right turning vehicles. Motorists that wish to turn right onto Pennant Hills Road can do so at the traffic signals in Bettington Road.

Council is consulting with the community and is inviting written submissions from residents, businesses and relevant authorities. Submissions must be provided to Council by Tuesday, 15 October 2024 by any of the following methods:
