Public notice: Valve and hydrant works – Blackwater

Please be advised that water supply will be affected in Blackwater due to water installation works on the following dates and locations:

Friday 20 September between 9 am and 2 pm Locations:

Wattle Street Myall Street Bottletree Avenue Brigalow Drive Myrtle Street Taurus Street Columba Street Bluff Street Rufus Street

The contractor, Comlek Plumbing, will perform isolation tests on valves and hydrants affecting the water supply in the above areas for short periods of time, not exceeding 20 minutes.

You might experience slight discolouration of your water after these works, it is recommended that you run the water for a short period of time. If this persists, please contact council on 1300 242 686.
