Liverpool City Council’s premier arts facility is proud to be hosting the 26th Annual Liverpool Art Society Exhibition, which opens on Saturday 12 October.

Director Community and Lifestyle Tina Bono said: “The Liverpool Arts Society is the premier artistic event for South Western Sydney and its exhibitions are always a knock out.”

“There has been a wonderful response to this year’s call out for artworks and they are at the usual high standard.

“This exhibition has been successfully showcasing the area’s artistic talent since 1998 and promotes and celebrates the creative talent of our local region,” she said.

The exhibition features artworks from all ages and a variety of categories and mediums including painting, drawing, ceramics, sculpture, photography and mixed media.

The prize pool is worth over $13,000 and contributes greatly to many local artists’ careers.

Join us for the launch of the prize on Saturday 28th October at 2pm.

“This event is a great opportunity to appreciate the 2024 artworks and artists, congratulate the winners and connect with the local creative community,” Ms Bono said.

The launch is free, however registration required. Register via this link:

The exhibition itself runs from Saturday 12th October – Sunday 10th November 2023.
