VISITOR EXPERIENCE OFFICER

The Council is seeking a warm friendly person who thrives on providing great customer service to join our team here in Tasmania’s wonderful Central Coast. 

The Visitor Experience Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our community and visitors to our region at Hive – Central Coast’s Cultural Precinct. 

With the Council having recently embarked on a cultural journey, where the focus is on the wellbeing of our people and the sustainable growth of our community, there has never been a more exciting time to join our team. 

Essential: Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of visitors and previous experience using a point-of-sale system and cash handling.  

Salary and conditions: Casual position, Central Coast Council’s Enterprise Agreement – Administrative/Clerical Level – $38.35 per hour.
