Congratulations Tim on 10 years service!

Congratulations to one of our Labourers from the Parks and Gardens team, Tim on a massive 10 years of service with the Shire of Coolgardie.

We asked Tim a few questions about his time with the Shire.

What was your first position at the SoC?Gardener. What do you enjoy most about your job?Mowing the parks and seeing young families use them, What do you hope to achieve while working at the SoC?Continue to maintain the outdoor spaces for the community to enjoy. What are some of the highlights of your career? Establishing the new garden in Town Square. What tips can you give to anyone working in the outdoor spaces?Do your best What initiatives or projects are you most proud of, and how have they positively impacted residents in the Shire of Coolgardie?Upgrading and revitalising the East Town Square space including the carpark for the community ANZAC and Remembrance Day services.  Looking ahead, what are your aspirations for the future of the Shire of Coolgardie, and how do you envision your role in contributing to the future?Building and improving community spaces for all community members to enjoy.
