A huge thank you to everyone who participated in this year’s National Water Week Drawing Competition!
It’s been amazing to see the creativity flow in our region, where water isn’t just a resource – it’s the lifeblood that keeps our community thriving.
We received over 100 incredible nominations – talk about talent!
Now, for the moment you’ve been waiting for…
Junior Division Runners-up: Elodie Tilsey (Age 7) Winner: Mitch-James (Age 6)
Senior Division Runners-up: Hunter Shorten (Age 14) Winner: Violet Van Hees (Age 15)
The competition was fierce, and even the Mayor had a tough time picking the winners! A special shout-out to the little artists from Emerald Community Kindy – your artwork is absolutely wonderful!
