Expressions of Interest for Visitor Information Centre Operator

Colac Otway Shire Council is calling for Expressions of Interest from interested parties to enter into a lease to operate a Visitor Information service at the Colac Visitor Information Centre.
Council decided to undertake an Expression of Interest process as part of its consideration of the Colac Visitor Servicing Review at its meeting on 14 August.
Council determined that the mandatory conditions to be included in the Expression of Interest include:
The centre being open to the public at least five days per week, including weekends. The opening hours being at least from 10am to 4pm on the days of operation; and That the service be operated at no cost to Council beyond its landlord responsibilities.Council also agreed that a desirable condition of a potential future service includes a volunteer program that enables our local community to support visitor servicing in Colac.

The Expressions of Interest process closes at 2pm, on Friday December 6.
