If your bin has been missed, follow these simple steps to report it to council. Cleanaway will resolve reported issues within 24 to 48 hours, depending on your location. Please ensure your bin is in position by 6:00 am on your collection day to avoid delays.

Online: Use the “Report a Missed Bin” form available on  chrc.info/reportyourbin. It’s quick and easy , scroll down to the bottom page, provide your address, the bin type (general waste, recycling), and your usual collection day. By phone: (Weekdays, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm): Call 1300 242 686 to speak with a customer service officer. After Hours: Call the same number (1300 242 686) outside business hours, on weekends, or public holidays. In person: Visit any council transaction centre between 8.30 am to 5.00 pm to report the issue directly.
