Caretaker Deed incorporating a licence to occupy community land

Council is publicly notifying a proposed Caretaker Deed incorporating a licence to occupy community land for the purpose of providing Caretaker Services.  The Caretaker Deed are:

The community land concerned

Lake Lyell Recreation Area, 578 Magpie Hollow Road, South Bowenfels

The purpose for which the land will be used

The provision of Caretaker Services in relation to Lake Lyell Recreation Area

Term of the proposed Caretaker Deed

From the date of signing until 28 February 2028

Name of the person to whom it is proposed to grant the Caretaker Deed

Lake Lyell Recreation Park Pty Ltd

Public exhibition period

The Caretaker Deed will be on public exhibition from Friday 20 December 2024 to Tuesday 11 February 2025.

Council’s website www.council.lithgow.com Council Administration Centre, 180 Mort Street, Lithgow on weekdays from 8.30am to 4.00pm, excluding the Christmas closure period being 20 December 2024 to 3 January 2025.

Submissions

Anyone can make a submission regarding the proposed Caretaker Deed.  Submissions must be:

in writing marked “Submission – proposed Caretaker Deed for Lake Lyell”. sent to Council’s email – [email protected] OR posted/delivered to Council’s Administration Building at 180 Mort Street, Lithgow NSW 2790 received by Council by no later than 4pm on Tuesday 11 February 2025.
