Christmas & New Year Waste Collection

As there is no service on Wednesday 25th December, Cleanaway will roll the bin collection forward a day and cover the extra day on the Saturday.  

If your bin is due to be emptied on Wednesday 25 December it will be emptied on Thursday 26 December.

If your bin is due to be emptied on Thursday 26 December it will be emptied on Friday 27 December.

If your bin is due to be emptied on Friday 27 December it will be emptied on Saturday 28 December.

Please Note: There will be no change to collection schedules for the week commencing 30th December 2024, inclusive of New Years Day.

GIBBS ROAD LANDFILL FACILITY

There are changes to Gibb’s Road Landfill’s opening times over the Christmas and New Year period.

Closed on 24 December from 12pm, Christmas day and Boxing Day. Reopening on 27 December 2024 at 9am.

Closed on 31 December from 4pm.  Reopening 2 January 9am.
