Murray Arts Creative Directory Memberships

Federation Council is sponsoring thirty artistic individuals who reside in the Federation Local Government Area to a year’s membership on the Murray Arts Creatives Directory.

The Creatives Directory is an online directory hosted by Murray Arts that links artists and creatives with organisations and businesses seeking to engage locals in their creative projects. The Directory covers AlburyCity, Greater Hume, Federation, Wodonga City, Indigo and Towong LGA’s.

Despite our area's rich creative resources, businesses often find it difficult to connect with local creatives offering the services they require. The directory provides a free and user-friendly platform for businesses to search and connect with just the right creative for a project.  

With over 30 creative categories and growing, the directory ensures that everyone has the opportunity to showcase their work and connect with potential clients. Whether you’re a ceramicist, painter, workshop facilitator, a rock band or theatre troupe, all creative practitioners are encouraged to sign up and build their profile.

Federation Council Mayor, Cr Cheryl Cook said Council's sponsorship is a fantastic opportunity to showcase the incredible creative talent within our local community.

“By supporting artists and creatives, we are not only promoting their work but also fostering a vibrant and dynamic cultural scene,” she said.

“We hope that this initiative will encourage more businesses to explore the benefits of working with local creatives.”

The Creatives Directory is relaunching in January 2025 with a fresh new look, an improved user experience and more features to explore.
