The City of Rockingham gives public notice in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 that it proposes to sell Lot 716 Centaurus Street, Rockingham to Midking Pty Ltd on the following basis:
Sale Price: $910,000 plus GST.
Market value: $950,000 excluding GST.
Submissions in respect of the proposed sale may be made to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Rockingham PO Box 2142, Rockingham DC WA 6967 or [email protected] before 2pm on 5 March 2025. Submissions must be in writing and marked “Submission Sale of 716 Centaurus Street, Rockingham”.
