The Shire is seeking community input on plans to enhance two key public spaces – 32 Bannister Road and Central Park. To gather your feedback, we will be hosting a community stall outside the IGA on Friday, 21 February, from 2–4 pm.

The masterplans will focus on:

32 Bannister Road: Creating a focal point on the main street with landscaping, public art, and space for community events and temporary retail. Central Park: Improving pathways, seating, and green spaces to increase accessibility and community use.

We encourage everyone to drop by, share their thoughts, and help shape these spaces for the future.

If you can’t make it to the stall, you can also have your say by completing our survey, available online at the Shire website via the link here or in hard copy from the Shire Administration or Library.

All community groups, businesses and individuals are welcome to make submissions by Monday, 3 March 2025.
