Seniors Festival is back for 2025

Yass Valley Council have organised some great activities for our Yass Valley Seniors as part of the 2025 NSW Seniors Festival. Available free to all our Yass Valley senior citizens, so come and join us for a great morning out.

3 March: Colourful Clay Bird Workshop – Get creative with clay with the lovely ladies from VASY.

7 March: Explore History at the Australian War Memorial – Join a guided tour with lunch included.

10 March: Working Bee at the Railway Museum – Help plant new garden beds and enjoy lunch.

13 March: High Tea & Strings at Highclere Farm – Indulge in music and beautiful surroundings at the newly renovated Highclere Farm with a string quartet from the Canberra Symphony Orchestra.

14 March: Dance4Wellbeing at Yass Memorial Hall – Gentle dance and movement for all abilities seated, supported or moving - followed by morning tea.

All events are free, but due to popularity bookings are limited to one event per person - so book quick to secure you place on your preferred event.
