The Burnie City Council Settlement Strategy provides a blueprint for growth and development for the Greater Burnie area over the next 20 years, through to 2044.This strategy is intended to sustainably manage use and development in the Greater Burnie area in a manner that furthers Burnie’s role as a key city and population centre for North-West Tasmania.
