The results from our annual Resident Perception Survey are in, and once again our community is very happy, with 76% of respondents rating the City as doing ‘Well’ or ‘Very Well’ in the delivery of services, facilities, programs and infrastructure.
Our Net Promoter Score, which is the likelihood of recommending the City as a place to live, remains positive overall at +22.
The survey, undertaken by an independent research company, was sent to approximately 4,000 randomly selected households in the City during November 2024. We received 867 responses from people across our community.
The survey covers a wide range of questions about the overall perception of the City’s performance. The responses we receive provide a very useful snapshot of our residents’ perceptions of our services, programs, infrastructure and facilities. The outcomes help us continually improve and also inform our strategies and plans.The Resident Perception Survey is one of the main tools the City uses to measure and improve performance.
