Public notice: Tieri Landfill temporary closure

Central Highlands Regional Council advises that the Tieri Landfill is closed today, Monday 10 March, due to road closures caused by flooding from recent rainfall. The landfill is expected to reopen tomorrow, Tuesday 11 March, pending conditions.

Residents are urged to avoid the area. Alternative waste disposal locations can be found on councils’ website.
