The civil contractor is making good progress, having finalised details and scope with Water Corporation regarding services in Peppercorn Lane. Sealing, kerbing, and line marking are scheduled for completion by early April.

Conduits have been installed for essential services, landscape irrigation, and a future EV car charger. Meanwhile, the lighting contractor is set to begin work in mid April, and landscaping plans are currently being designed.
