Local Government Act 1993 Proposed Grant Of Easement Over Community Land Pursuant to Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is hereby given of the following proposed grant of easement over community land to the persons listed in the table below.  Address of Community Land Purpose of the proposed  easement Term of the proposed easement Persons for the proposed grant of easement Mobbs Lane Reserve South, 38 Mobbs Lane, Epping (Lot 13 DP 26933) For construction of a storm water pipe below the surface of the land to connect to a Council storm water facility within the reserve Perpetual The proprietors of 45 Valley Road, Epping Any person may make a submission regarding the above-proposed grant of easement.  Submissions must be in writing and be received by the Council not later than 22 July 2022.  Please send your submissions to Parramatta City Council, PO Box 32, Parramatta NSW 2124 or by email to [email protected].  A submission by way of objection must specify the grounds and how the interests of the person making the objection are affected.  For further information please contact the Council’s Property Assets & Services Unit on 9806 5218.
