Council is seeking comment from the public on the naming of the two un-named roads currently under construction as part of Development Application DA2022/87, 180 Runnymede Road, Kyogle.
The names have been proposed by the property developer and do not duplicate any names already in use in the Kyogle local government area.
When complete, both roads will have the classification of Local Street.
The first road is the main thoroughfare in the subdivision and connects with Runnymede Road – the proposed name is Windarra Place.
The second road comes off the main thoroughfare and leads uphill, along a ridgeline – the propose name is Ridgeview Close.
Anyone wanting to make a submission to Council with respect to the naming of the two roads may do so in writing to Kyogle Council, PO Box 11, Kyogle NSW 2474 or email to [email protected] by 4pm Friday, 28 June 2024.
A report containing submissions received will be presented to the July meeting of Council.
