An Improved Way Of Reporting To Our Community

The online dashboard complements the hard copy documentation of Council’s reporting back to the community through data visualisation, the implementation of graphs, mapping and real live quarterly tracking allowing the end user to explore in depth Council’s projects set out in the Operational Plan and Budget. The Performance Dashboard offers end users an engaging way to access fundamental information about key capital and non-capital projects including completion dates, metrics and indicators showing the status of projects and activities that are set out in Council’s Community Strategic Plan. The four themes on which projects are reported on are Desirable Cohesive Community Vibrant Regional Economy Environmentally Sustainable Shire Transformational Leadership These overarching themes align directly with the goals and strategies defined within Council’s Delivery Program and the activities and projects to be delivered in Council's Operational Plans.
