11:00am            Waterloo Creek Massacre Memorial Walk from the Moree Courthouse to Jellicoe Park –This march holds significant importance as it memorialises the tragic Waterloo Creek Massacre,   fostering remembrance and honouring the lives affected by this historical event.
12:00pm            Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders’ Survival Day event at Jellicoe Park Moree – Please join Council and Community in acknowledging the rich cultural heritage of Australia's First      Nations people and a time of reflection on the impact of European colonisation on Indigenous communities.
 WeemelahAustralia Day breakfast at the Weemelah Hall, Sunday 26 January commencing 8am. Come for a cooked breakfast of bacon, sausages, eggs, toast, tea and coffee ($10 per person).
