Australian Survivor runner up George Mladenov, has revealed how living in Bankstown helped him make it through to the finals.In a tell-all interview for Council’s community newsletter, Keep Connected, he also spoke about his fond love of the City and has dropped a hint about his next new exciting television project.Mladenov survived 48 days in the harsh Queensland outback, enduring hot days and freezing nights as he outlasted the competition getting down to the final two of the show’s eighth season.During his time in the outback he was isolated from family and friends, and unaware of just how tough it was back home in Canterbury-Bankstown.“I came back in the midst of a global pandemic that I didn’t realise just how bad it was.
