New playground coming to Parry Park

An exciting new playspace is coming to Parry Park, providing opportunities for residents and visitors of all age groups to connect and play in their own way.Canterbury-Bankstown Mayor Khal Asfour turned the first sod, today, to mark the start of construction.Mayor Khal Asfour said he’s excited to see a state-of-the-art playspace be constructed at Parry Park.“Unique play equipment will be installed at the playground to cater to different ages and ability levels,” Mayor Asfour said.“The community will absolutely love what we are creating here.”The new $1.5 million project will include: A sand and water play area; Kids’ cycle track with a challenging bumpy terrain; and A dynamic play zone with swings and a spinner.
