Proposed Road Closing Under Section 38B Roads Act 1993
In pursuance of the provisions of the Roads Act 1993, notice is hereby given that Carrathool Shire Council proposes to close the council public roads listed below:- Bretags Road (from Lot 9/DP 756066 to intersection of Pinteebakana Road) Unnamed Road (between Whitton Stock Route Road and Mitchell Track) Upon closure of the roads, Council intends to keep the roads vested in Council.
