Have you got questions about the lockdown Library Closures? Find answers here.

Are the libraries open? No, the Library branches are closed as per the NTG directions.  But you can still access our online library services such as the digital collections. Check out our ebooks and digital magazines. My items are due back, what do I do? Please hold onto the items for now and enjoy them for longer. The Libraries will not pursue any overdue or billed items while we are closed.  Why am I receiving notifications to collect items and/or to return overdue items? The notifications are automatically sent out, it is not possible to turn these off at this time. Please ignore any notifications during the lockdown.  Are the library programs still running? Library programs have been cancelled for the duration of the lockdown. We will provide more information about future programs as we are able to.  You can still enjoy our programs from home with our online programs. Check them out here.  What can I read/listen to now? Now is a great time to explore our digital library. You can access ebooks, eaudiobooks, and digital magazines through our website.  Not a member? Join online. Library staff are working from home and will process your membership as quickly as possible (Monday to Friday business hours). When are you reopening? Libraries have closed as per the NT Government guidelines. We will be guided by them on reopening. We will let you know once we have any news on this.
