Central Park will be an activated community place that is both a destination and link between the new Stadium Precinct and the city. Central Park is part of Council’s Townsville2020 masterplan – which provides a clear vision for our city.

Local Engineering consultant AECOM has finalised the Central Park and Dean Street Carpark Concept Design Report. The report provides short, medium and long-term options for the study area. Townsville City Council encourages community feedback on the development of Central Park.
