Thursday, July 11, 2024, 1:45 – 2:45pm The Active Yoga class incorporates movement and asanas (poses) with more depth and intensity. to their Yoga practice.As there will be more up and down transitions and longer holds, the classes might not suit anyone going through recovery from injury, suffering dizziness and vertigo, or with limited mobility. An example flow is the Sun Salutation, which exercises all major muscle groups of the body and connects traditional poses into a moving sequence.The sessions will include modifications to help gradually progress towards the full expressions of sequences and poses.
