Certified Agreement 2024-2027 endorsed

The Central Highlands Regional Council Certified Agreement 2024-2027 has been officially certified by the Industrial Relations Commission today.

Council and union representatives appeared before the Commission, where Commissioner Christopher Gazenbeek approved the agreement.

Council’s Chief Executive Officer Aaron Johansson welcomed the certification, highlighting the benefits for employees.

‘This agreement delivers improved working conditions for our team, including new allowances, increased parental leave entitlements, and enhanced RDO arrangements,’ Mr Johansson said.

‘We appreciate the collaboration between council, employees, and unions in reaching this outcome.’

The new agreement takes effect immediately.
