LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 2009 and ANIMAL MANAGEMENT (CATS & DOGS) ACT 2008 Pursuant to section 134 of the Local Government Act 2009 (LGA) and section 113 of the Animal Management (Cats & Dogs) Act 2008 (AMCDA) Mareeba Shire Council resolved at its meeting on 19 February 2025 to approve a selective inspection program to be carried out within Mareeba Shire.
