Closure of outdoor playgrounds and exercise equipment COVID-19 Update March 30

The City of Unley continues to respond to Federal and State Government directives by taking appropriate action to ensure the safety of its community during the COVID-19 pandemic.   In accordance with the announcements which were made by the Federal Government on 29 March 2020, all outdoor playgrounds and gym/exercise equipment have now been temporarily closed. In addition, and in continuing to ensure public safety, all drinking fountains and outdoor barbecues located in our reserves and parks have now also been temporarily closed.   Council will continue to observe all directions and advice issued by the Federal and State Governments regarding COVID-19, as the health and well-being of our community is our highest priority.   The Council sincerely apologises for any inconvenience these necessary temporary closures have on our community.
