Draft Planning Scheme Seeking Public Comment

The Circular Head component of the future Tasmanian Planning Scheme (TPS) has now been drafted and is called the Circular Head draft Local Provisions Schedule. The public will have an opportunity to comment on the scheme for 60 days from 7th February to the 8th April 2020.

It is recommended that you find out what changes, if any, are occurring to your land or land you have an interest in.
