MANAGER PROPERTY SERVICES

The Council is seeking a results driven, experienced leader, who is looking for an opportunity to lead our talented Property Services Team and drive excellence in a dynamic environment.  The Manager Property Services will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of services, this includes ensuring optimal utilisation of resources, maintaining high standards of property maintenance, and driving initiatives for property development and improvement.  Essential: Appropriate qualifications in Management, Project Management or suitable building services license and demonstrated sound leadership and management skills and proven capacity to lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team.  Salary and conditions: Full-time position.  Central Coast Council’s Enterprise Agreement – $116,494 – $134,285 Executive Officer Level.  Remuneration will be negotiated with the successful candidate, commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience.   How to apply: Applications must be on the prescribed form, indicate the position you are applying for, address the Selection Criteria in the Position Description and be emailed to [email protected]   The Employment Information Package and Application Form are available to download below:   http://www.centralcoast.tas.gov.au/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/2024-07-22-Manager-Property-Services-Employment-Pack.pdf Employment Information Package  Application Form  For any enquiries please phone (03) 6429 8956.   Applications close at 4 pm Wednesday 7 August 2024.
