Southern Midlands Draft Local Provisions Schedule (LPS) The Southern Midlands Draft Local Provisions Schedule (LPS) is now on public exhibition for 60 days.  Any person may lodge a representation on the LPS between the 5th July 2021 and the 3rd of September 2021 (close of business).  The documents are available online and for download at https://www.planning.tas.gov.au/assessments-and-hearings/current-assessments-and-hearings/lps-sou-tps  Hard copies of the documentation will be available at the Kempton Office and the Oatlands Office between during the exhibition period.
