Visitors to Ballarat’s CBD will get a special Christmas treat with roaming costumed performers from Sovereign Hill singing Christmas Carols as part of the City’s festive celebrations. The performers will visit Ballarat’s key Christmas activations including the Giant Bauble in the Bridge Mall and the Gingerbread House on Albert Street, stopping along the way at some of the Christmas windows scattered throughout the CBD, before visiting the reindeers on Sturt Street near Myer. Their performances will take place on Friday, Dec 20 and Mon Dec 23 from 12 noon to 2pm so make sure you plan your Christmas shopping to enjoy the entertainment. The Sovereign Hill performers will help activate the busy CBD and complement the jam-packed City of Ballarat program of Christmas activities and entertainment that is delighting all visitors to the CBD this Christmas.
