Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of Council will be held on Thursday 3 April 2025 commencing at 7:00pm. The proposed business to be transacted at this meeting will be for Council to consider the confidential item, Hepburn Bathhouse repairs contract.

The meeting will be conducted virtually, and members of the community are invited to view the meeting via a live stream to Council’s YouTube channel, noting that the meeting will likely close to the public as the item to be considered is confidential.

Only the business as detailed above will be transacted at the Special Council Meeting.

This Special Council Meeting is called pursuant to Council’s Governance Rules 2022.
