 Inserts Schedule 1 and 2 to the Low Density Residential Zone (LDRZ) and applies the schedules to areas identified in the Housing Strategy  Amend the planning scheme maps 1-12, 14 and 15  Inserts the General Residential Zone Schedule 2(GRZ2) and applies it to land close to activity centres  Include the Housing Strategy as a reference document in relevant clauses of the Municipal Strategic Statement.
