Casey’s young talent emerges at Bunjil Place

Emergent 2017: VCE Graduate Showcase features works by 20 local students, from paintings and photography to film, woodwork and textiles, all completed last year as part of the student’s VCE studies. “Through discussions with local teachers and students, it was identified that there was a need for an exhibition to showcase and recognise the amazing work of our year 12 students who put so much time and effort in during their final year of secondary education. “I encourage the community to head along to Bunjil Place to check out this exhibition and support our local emerging talent.” Emergent has been co-curated by two local students, Mikayla van der Velden from St Peter’s College and Betty Gu from Gleneagles Secondary College.
