Sustainable Strathbogie 2030 on public exhibition

Council encourages the community to read the draft strategy, post an idea or comment on the forum and complete the survey by clicking the Sustainable Strathbogie 2030 button on Council’s homepage www.strathbogie.vic.gov.au. “In this strategy we have focused on key areas of climate resilience, reducing carbon in the atmosphere, sensitively using water resources, building on our strong commitment to waste management, promoting an ecologically rich landscape and an active and connected community. “This is a really important document, created by our Sustainable Development Reference Group and Council, that plans for our future and we’d love to hear your thoughts on our priority areas, the deliverables we’re setting out to achieve, or anything about climate change and ways we can all work together for a more sustainable future,” Cr McClaren said.
