Help shape the new Shire website

Community members are being asked to take part in a series of online testing activities to help inform the development of a new website for the Shire of Augusta Margaret River.Participants will go in the draw to win one of two $100 gift vouchers to spend at a local business of their choice.Shire Chief Executive Officer Stephanie Addison-Brown said the activities formed part of a larger project to rebuild the Shire’s website in a way that better served community needs.“The goal is to create a new website that’s easy to use and find information on,” she said.“By doing these online testing activities, community members will help us find issues with the current website and make some big improvements.“We’ll also be inviting the community to be part of further testing down the track, once we have a revised website structure and design.“I encourage you to have a go!“To say thanks, we are offering the chance to win a $100 local gift voucher and you get to pick which local business the voucher is from.“There is one gift voucher per activity, so we encourage you to do both."Online testing activities close on Sunday 6 June 2021The two activities are: Activity A - Website home page testing (5-7 mins) Activity B - Website navigation testing (10 mins) Start the test activities now.Alternatively, a link to the activities can be found at www.amrshire.wa.gov.au/new-shire-website
