From paintings, drawings, botanical works, historical photographs and temporary sculptures, to intricate wood carvings, generational family histories and jewellery from recycled materials, there is something to interest everyone in the 2025 exhibition program.
Some of the exhibitions coming up at the Rockingham Arts Centre include:
Connections with Nature by Rockingham Ceramics Studio 26 February – 2 March 2025 Artists from Rockingham Ceramics Studio will deliver an exhibition of new work exploring flora and fauna. Through the creation of work using texture, colour and form, established and emerging artists will present a diverse collection of ceramics inspired by a connection with nature.
Ghosts by Jordan Andreotta 6 March - 23 March 2025 Jordan Andreotta’s captivating paintings invite the viewer to look beyond the surface to discover hidden meanings, and to evoke a sense of mystery. Andreotta’s oil paintings of figures and everyday objects draped in fabric explore metaphor and narrative that lie beneath the tangible world.
Other exhibitions include Meet me in the Garden by Claire Bushby, Banner and Badge by Melissa Cameron, Tender by Annette Peterson, The Weight of Things by Brianne Sharp, and Florescence by Lori Pensini.
The Rockingham Arts Centre is at 11 Kent Street, Rockingham, and is a purpose-built arts centre, designed to interest artists from all over WA and to support Rockingham’s artistic culture and presence in the arts scene.
City of Rockingham Mayor Deb Hamblin said she was looking forward to the diverse exhibitions at the Centre throughout 2025.

“By cultivating opportunities for the community to engage with arts and culture, we can build a more enriching and vibrant community.”
The 2025 exhibition program is expanded with public events offering further insights and opportunities to witness the fascinating world of these artists.
