One of the first initiatives delivered at the BISC is Men Rockin Goals Together, a health program co-designed by the City and community members featuring an indoor soccer competition focused on weight loss, nutrition and peer support. Men Rockin Goals Together participant Daniel Garnham said the program provided at the BISC had been a boost for his mental health.“I've been playing for five weeks now and have met lots of likeminded lads who head down each week for a run around - I look forward to the game each week and the exercise and competitive energy has been great for my mental health,” Mr Garnham said.
