Date22 February 2023 The results from the City of Rockingham’s annual Customer Satisfaction Survey show that residents are happy living in the place where the coast comes to life, with the City’s services and facilities performing strongly. Feedback from the community revealed that nearly 80% of respondents rated the City’s services and facilities as performing “well” or “very well.” Community members showed strong satisfaction with the City’s rubbish collection and recycling services, parks, gardens, picnic areas, and libraries – with all these categories rated highly by respondents. The City’s Net Promoter Score (NPS), which measures the likelihood that someone would recommend living in the City of Rockingham, trended upward with a strong score of +25. Overall, the City scored 3.7 out of five for the second year running.
